Position: Director of Community Outreach
As the newest board member for New York City I represent Community Outreach in the special events industry. I built WIPA’s first mentorship program matching over 30 students and young event professionals with industry veterans looking to mentor a student virtually. Our accelerated 6-week program provides mentees with the opportunity to learn about different suppliers, vendors, and trades within the event industry.

NACE was established 60 years ago as a go-to resource and community for catering and event professionals nationwide. With more than 40 chapters across the country and 3,500 members, I am the Director of Membership for the New York Chapter. My goal is to expand their outreach and grow their number of members to meet their goal of becoming a premier resource for catering and events.

The Live Events Coalition supports, connects, and advocates on behalf of the thousands of small businesses, independent contractors, and freelance workers that make up an essential piece of the live events industry. I run all press and media related inquiries, develop press releases, create marketing campaigns to promote our mission of supporting millions of workers in the New York and New Jersey area.
